• Facilitating discussions around end of life preferences between the individual and their loved ones.

• Education around End of Life Care for loved ones.

• Respite care (package or hourly available).

• Assistance with organising keepsakes/ legacy pieces for loved ones.

• Assistance with preparation of legal documentation

• Attending medical appointments with the individual or family members

• Liaising with any additional support services, as needed.

• Funeral and / or wake planning

• Presence at the time of death (vigil)

• Grief and bereavement support.

Are you caring for someone who is at the end of their life and you need a break?

Whether it be for an hour while you go and tend to something else, or perhaps you just need a nap, or maybe you need the whole day to reset, I can care for your loved one.

I have hourly or respite packages available to support.

For those who are seeking support with preparing for their death in advance or who are navigating discomfort with their own mortality, 1:1 support sessions are available.

Each session is approx. 1 hour.
